Matt,
Let go of what you think you know. You don't really know it, you just believe it. Take a break from your beliefs. Just let them go. Don't worry, you can always get them back but you'll be amazed by what happens when you loosen your grip. That includes the stories you tell yourself. By age 47 you'll have been an MD for 15 years. You'll have practiced emergency medicine for most of that time and regenerative medicine for two years. I know it sounds strange, but you'll leave the specialty you dedicated half of your life pursuing, for awhile. Give yourself the benefit of the time away from the mainstream medical community. It will change everything: 1. You'll recover from the trauma-based conditioning that modern medical training uses to program your with mind with the 'standards of care' and 'the way things are'. 2. You'll see the regenerative potential of the human body in people of all ages. 3. You'll be forced to re-examine everything you've been taught about the body, the mind, and the soul. 4. You'll have time to explore a wide range of topics, ranging from quantum physics and essential oils to spirituality and homeopathy. There's a common theme. 5. You'll find a common theme in the apparent dysfunction of society. 6. You'll recover your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual center. 7. You'll begin to live the life you've always dreamed of.
